Thank you. So for a custom screen there is no way to just look at the screen without actually adding a button to some other screen? (in the current version of Method, it gives you an option to just simply Copy, Edit or View).

I created a new Opportunity screen (modified from the standard screen). Everytime I access this screen I am taken to the screen designer (where I can add fields, etc), not the actual screen itself. How do I actually access and view a screen I have created?
By the way, I did click the "Preview" button, but that doesn't give me ...

I have implemented Campaigns and see how I can set them up, and assign Campaigns to specific Opportunities. But I can't seem to find how I can get any reporting on my campaign's performance (i.e. # of Opportutities from this Campaign; $ of Opportunitites; Status of Opportunity from this Campaign, etc). I just accessed Method Beta for the first time. One thing I notice right away is that I can't see Opportunities listed anywhere. I see Contacts, Estimates, etc...Am I missing something?

Is it possible to move (or re-assign) an Opportunity from one Customer/Lead to a different Customer/Lead?
And, is it possible to actually "merge" two different customers/leads?

It doesn't appear that the email templates have changed. It appears to still be associating to the correct print template. I made no changes to my templates. Prior to this downtime, all group items were hidden. Now they are not. It sure seems curious that my issue started after the trouble logging in last night...please ...
