Hi John, It appears that this error is coming from your customized Activities screen as it is not replicating on the stock screen. Can you think of any recent modifications you made to your customized Activies screen prior to this error occurring? By revisiting or reversing these modifications you may uncover the problem. Noel

Hi InstaDRY, What screen are you sending this email from? So far I have tested sending emails from List Builder using (ListBuilder.FirstName) and the Activities screen (Customer.FirstName) and both have pulled in the correct information - First Name.  Noel
