    Thanks for the input Paul.  The customer's Lead Status was removed. It was marked as "Active Customer".  However, the waiting to sync was checked as well.  It looks like that resolved it.  Much thanks!

  • Customer not Syncing

    Hi, I have a customer that's in method not showing up in QB.  It has a SO that isn't syncing either.  My customer list screen is customized, but this customer is no different than any other in how I've created and saved it.  There's no resolve conflict with the customer or SO syncing to QB either.  Any ideas ...

    Hi, in my older version of Method, I had the option of selecting Rep as a column that showed on the invoice and sales order screens, under Existing Sales Orders and Existing Invoices.   All I see as options now are: RecordID  Select Invoice # Date Customer:Job Amount Balance Do you know how I can add Rep to this list so when I'm ...

    Thanks. So I was able to get my invoice and sales order tab to the default online templates, but the issue is still there now.  Going to the (online template version-) Sales Order screen, selecting one of our SO's, and clicking on Create Invoice. Once to the next window, I selected all my items and clicked Next.  And then this same ...

    Ok.  I checked into that, but the Create Invoice screen didn't have a start loop through grid action in it...and I'm not knowledgeable about that back end. Can you refresh me on how to make a Method default screen publish over the customized one currently live?

    Thanks Ronen. Yes it is off a customized page, however, there has been no development on any of our pages in 8 months, and this error has become recent (about since the new design of Method's front end actually)...   Is there any suggestions/thought on the isssue based on the above?
