    Hi Annette, There is no way to disable a portal. &nbsp;Are the customers being sent emails with the portal link in them from Method? &nbsp;If so, you could find the email template being used&nbsp;under the tab Home &gt; Email Templates, and alter the template to remove the link to the portal. &nbsp;The Invoice Notification template has such a ...

    Could you give me the exact name of the email field you are using? &nbsp;From which stock screen are you copying the custom screen off of? The work order screen is based off of the activity table and not the customer table. &nbsp;The activity table has a field called &ldquo;contact email&rdquo;. &nbsp;This is different from the customer email. ...

    Sorry, my apologies. &nbsp;I misread your original post. You can find the grid by going to Field Service Center &gt; Work Order List. &nbsp;This will list all of the existing work orders. &nbsp;From there you can use Filter by view and setup the date range to the work orders you want listed.     I&#39;ve tested the mapping feature for Chad. It works as it&#39;s supposed to. Perhaps by order scheduled, do you mean the scheduled due date? You can click on the Due Date End column and it will sort the work orders by the due date. This goes for any column in the grid.
