Internal email alert - change the subject?

    Internal email alert - change the subject?

    When our internal emails come into our Gmail, they all have the same subject so they get lumped together in gmail making it hard to reply and then track that reply within gmail.  Is there any way to change the subject line to inlude the Customer's name so each email is individual?

    Hi Erica, 

    You are able to access the email templates that are used for the internal emails you receive from Method and make modifications (including the subject line). Head into Home > Email Templates - see:

    Thank you for your response.  But this is the email that comes when a lead submits an inquiry through our web form on our Contact Us page.  I didn't see this email in the list of email templates where you pointed me to...

    Apologies, indeed you are correct. The templates you do have access to modify in relation to reminders/assignments are

    CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser
    CRM_Follow-upActivityforUser

    The automatic activity due reminders that go out are saved on the backend, and the template is used aross all accounts - unfortunately we cannot make modifications.
