When our internal emails come into our Gmail, they all have the same subject so they get lumped together in gmail making it hard to reply and then track that reply within gmail. Is there any way to change the subject line to inlude the Customer's name so each email is individual?
You are able to access the email templates that are used for the internal emails you receive from Method and make modifications (including the subject line). Head into Home > Email Templates - see:

The automatic activity due reminders that go out are saved on the backend, and the template is used aross all accounts - unfortunately we cannot make modifications.
