Everytime an employee is scheduled for an all-day appointment, they get an e-mail reminder at midnight. This isn't very useful as a reminder and its waking people up sometimes because their phone buzzes. How do I set it up so they get the alert 1 hour before they start work that day instead? Or is that possible? Thanks!

My company wants to cancel their quickbooks account because it is so messed up (not my fault, btw) and start over, but they want to keep a lot of the data that is in method. It was doing it on the stock screen as well, but today, both calendars are displaying them correctly. Not sure why it refreshed the status and not the label for it until today, but it's working now. Thanks for the reply! Sorry to always bring you weird problems...

In the calendar, the status label is showing up with the wrong status color and claiming to be "not started", when I have it labeled as "scheduled" (a status I added). Is there no way to have the work order show up on everyone's calendar that is working on it. So all of the team members will have that job show up on their calendar.
