I understand how to combine different fields and create the full address.  What I'm trying to do take the full address and then have it populate a fieled for just the street addres, city state and zip in seperate fields.  Is this possible and how do I do this.  Thanks for the help.

On the Main Customer Screen I would like to add a filter criteria that excludes leads that are lead status.  I'm trying to set a cretia of isleadstatusonly not equal to yes.  It keeps defulting back to is equal to no.  The problem with this is that Customers entered directly in QBs do not have the field populated with a yes ...

 The Customize->Tables/Fields->Edit Fields, is exactly what I'm doing.  However the window is closing everytime I click "add field".  I am adding fields to a new table I created, but I won't think that should make a difference.

Thanks for the information.  That gets me off to a good start.  I just have one point I would like some clarification on, will I be able to bring over tables I added and fields that were added to existing tables. I'm not as concerned about the actual data in the tables just the structure, so the screens work ...

 Sounds great  Thanks again.  Method is truely a great product.  I can't wait until I get everything setup the way I want, but I'm off to a good start and have the rest mapped out.  I'm very excited to see the other changes that are coming.

Everytime I add a new field to an existing table the table closes and goes back to the main Table list.  Is there any way to stay in the table while adding fields?  This would save a lot of time.

 Here is my best advise for a work around.  Create a backup of your current Quickbooks company "currentcompany".  Create a new QB company named "currentcompanymethod"  (use your QB company name), use "currentcompanymethod" to link to your Method application .  Continue using ...

I would like to make a complete copy of my Method Account and start a new account to link to another Quickbooks database.  I would like to be able to bring over all of the changes made to tables and tables added, along with screens.  Is this possible? Thanks Heather
