Method CRM Updates - July 14 - 18, 2011

The following are a list of updates which are now available for Method CRM.

ContactsPortal_NewCase

  • Updated so that the miURL used for emailing new cases to internal staff goes to Cases > Edit Case.  Before this was pointing to a CRM 1.0 screen which is no longer used.

ContactsPortal_Cases

  • Updated so that the miURL used for emailing internal staff goes to Cases > Edit Case.  Before this was pointing to a CRM 1.0 screen which is no longer used.

QuickBooks_Time Tracking

  • Updated "Name" dropdown list to no longer display entity types that contain 'Customer'.

Activity Calendar

  • Updated so that existing appointments that are double clicked open the occurrence by default instead of the series.
  • Updated so that when an appointment is right clicked, the series opens correctly.

Edit Customer

  • Added New Activity, New Opportunity and New Case button which automatically fills in the Contact field using the primary contact for the Customer.

Edit Lead

  • Added New Activity, New Opportunity and New Case button which automatically fills in the Contact field using the primary contact for the Customer.

Leads/Customer, Activities, Opportunities, Campaigns, Cases and Solutions List

  • New button added at the bottom of the grid to add new entry.  This was also made a different color to stand out for new users.
