Late yesterday evening we received notifications from Rackspace that there were issues with our load balancer. As a result, some Method users trying to access the Method website late Sunday evening and early Monday morning were unable to login. While the servers were online, Rackspace was unable to redirect to the proper servers. Users who were already logged onto a server were fine.
Dave and Manish from our team worked till late in the morning with Rackspace to resolve the issue with the load balancer and ensure everyone was able to get online early this morning. While this only affected selected Method users late last night/early this morning, we wanted to give everyone a heads up on what happened.
