Fix an issue where certain fields are not visible in Customer, Vendor, Employee and Othername tables.
Fix an issue where sync engine is not disconnected for inactive accounts.

The following updates are now live for users of Method.

Bug fixes

Fix an issue where Search is failing on Bills and Purchase Orders.
Fix an issue where Sales transactions are not syncing with Shipping rate for QBO Australia.
Fix an issue where Merging an entity is throwing an error.
Fix an issue where sync is aborting when Bill cost is received from QB Desktop as a percentage instead of rate.
Fix an issue where fields are not added to Entity table if added to Customer table.
Fix an issue where Name is not syncing if different from Entity Name for QB Desktop.
Fix an issue where Contact email address is not getting Saved.
