Added a new pop-up screen to improve user experience on the initial set-up of the sync engine

- Improved the merging of records for Quickbooks Desktop accounts. Data will not be merged until accepted. (SYN-327)
- Improved the Method Sync Engine to not sync archived/out of date range records. (SYN-323)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Full Sync On Date Range fails on Vehicle Mileage. (SYN-1)
- Fixed an issue where the date of first Full Sync was updated with every Full Sync. (SYN-348)

- For Method:Sidebar, we’ve made some changes to update the ability to schedule a follow up (PL-17808)
- Fixed an issue where creating an activity in Method:Sidebar did not populate the correct fields in the View Activity view (PL-17821)
- Fixed an issue with Method:Sidebar where Vendors were allowed to create an Opportunity (PL-17836)
- Fixed an issue with Method:Sidebar where when signing in, when the user hasn’t set a password, we should show a message to use intuit sign-in (PL-17868)
- Fixed an issue with Method:Sidebar where some users were logging in to the incorrect Method account (PL-17903)
- Fixed an issue with Method:Sidebar when cases should be notified, contacts not being sent to backend (PL-17915)

- Fixed an issue for Entity.Title length for QuickBook Desktop was shorter in Method than in newer versions of Quickbooks (PL-17678)
- Fixed an issue with the image uploader where a validation error was missing when uploading unsupported file types and sizes larger than 5MB (PL-3884)
- Fixed spelling errors in the designer view of the Credit Card Procession action (PL-17508)
