Release Notes

Method Platform Updates - September 4, 2011

The following indicates which accounting application(s) the release note(s) apply to.
  • QBD = QuickBooks Desktop
  • QBO = QuickBooks Online

Classes (QBO)

  • Method CRM now syncs with QuickBooks Online Classes, which was only released by Intuit to developers on Friday last week. (QBO)
  • Class tracking is still very primative, and we only have access to integrate it with Time Tracking. We are hopeful that class tracking is available for all other QuickBooks transactions by the end of September. (QBO)

Time Tracking (QBO)

  • As noted above, Time Tracking now supports integration with QuickBooks Online classes. (QBO)
  • Time Tracking now supports integration with the Service Item, which only got released to developers on Friday last week. (QBO)
Note: if you are using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise) these updates do not pertain to you, since class and service item integration have always been available.
