Fixes

• Fixed an issue in Quickbooks Online that was causing sync to abort when an invoice was added to the same payment more than once (PL-8529)

• Fixed an issue that was causing the Google Calendar sync and Gmail Gadget to malfunction due to invalid tokens (PL-8332)

• Fixed an issue with Quickbooks Desktop that was causing the synchronization process to abort with the error "string or binary data could not be truncated" (PL-8288)
