Bug fixes

• Fix an issue where non printable group items are getting printed on Sales Order reports.
• Fix an issue where Subtotal is calculated incorrectly if there is more than one subtotal and a discount line item inbetween for QBDT.
• Fix an issue where amount is not updated to $0 when all line items are deleted for QBO.
• Fix an issue where Sales tax code auto populates on unsaved description only lines for QBO.
• Fix an issue where incorrect error message is thrown if the Customer does not have a email address but trying to send an email.
