Fixes

• Fixed editable grid mobile issue where the drop down menu closes when user tries to scroll . (PL-29665)
• Fixed editable grid issue on Firefox where the item drop downs list is cut and doesn't show all options . (PL-29665)
• Invoice pulling same Due Date as on Sales order when converted from Sales order itself . (PL-29665)
• Payments are no longer stopped by pop-up blockers (bug was specific to pages embedded in an iframe on Safari) . (PL-29665)
