Fixes

• New/Edit Bill (QBO Global) - Updated so the Tax column appears on the line item grid when either Inclusive and Exclusive tax calculations are selected. (PL-16269)
• Sync System Page (QBO) - Update to show on screen that the sync engine is disconnected after clicking 'Disconnect Sync'. (PL-31455)
• Actions - Update formatting examples in Date Function. (PL-20610)
