Fixes

• Items app - Improve character limit validation on Item Name field. (PL-31860)
• Signature - Fixed issue where signed date appear as GMT regardless of user's timezone. (PL-32286)
• Classic Customer Portal - Fix for issue where Customer Portal link for Classic is re-directing to our home page when clicked 2nd time. (PL-32272)
• New/Edit Purchase Order screen - Fixed issue where the attachments widget was missing the Include in Email checkbox. (PL-32305)
