Fixes

• HTML Editor - Fixed an issue where a border was sometimes added around text that was copied and pasted from an HTML Editor into MS Word. (PL-31865)
• Tables & Fields - Added validation to prevent fields from being created with leading numbers or spaces. (PL-32713)
