Fixes

• Reports - Improved logo quality on print reports. (PL-31015)
• Users - Fixes an issue where a red error appears when deactivating some users. (PL-34568)
• Payments - Fixes error 'Client Not Found' that prevented processing payments in a small number of accounts. (PL-34061)
• Mobile app - Fixed an issue where some tablet users were unable to scroll on some screens. (PL-34637)
