Fixes

• Text - Fixed an issue with clickable text links that cause them to open a new window. (PL-34750)
• Portal - Fixed issue where "Add sublink" was not saving. (PL-34507)
• Reports - Fixed issue where removing the display logo from settings also removed the company address from print templates. (PL-32086)
