Fixes

• Calendar - Fixed an issue related to the menu not working when there were multiple calendars on a screen. (PL-37135)
• Calendar - Fixed an issue where settings weren't being remembered for the calendar. (PL-37083)
  
• Calendar - Fixed an issue where elements of the top header were overlapping each other. (PL-36980)
• Import - Fixed an issue where non-admin users were able to access new import through the URL. (PL-37153)
