Fixes

• App routines - Fixed an issue where some app routines were not running after previously being made inactive. (PL-37169)
• Dashboard - Fixed Remove vs Delete wording for screenlets. (PL-37843)
• Estimates, Invoices - Fixed an issue on Xero accounts where, when making a copy of an existing transaction, the new status would not be set to Draft. (PL-37873)
• Multi-tenancy - Fixed an issue where primary and additional tenant sections were showing for non-MT accounts. (PL-37922)
