New Features / Updates

• Proposals - Added a dropdown to set the Engagement Letter Template preference. (PL-39641)
• Proposals - Updated the portal screen to use a stepper instead of tabs. (PL-39631)
• Accounts - Added the FullName field to the Accounts list for QBDT Accounts. (PL-39732)

Fixes

• Import/Export- Reduced the number of API calls from export and imposed limitations on import file parsing to prevent service interruptions. (PL-39694)
• Proposals - Fixed an issue where the Previous button was missing on the Terms step when creating a proposal. (PL-39822)
