• Tables & FIelds - Added "All Time" as a new option in the TimeRange table for all accounts. (PL-39499)

Fixes

• Proposals - Fixed an issue where there was no preference for the Terms Engagement Letter and a proposal was created. (PL-39844)
• Proposals - Fixed the mobile view on the View Proposal screen. (PL-39633)
• Portal - Removed unnecessary text component from Customer Edit screen. (PL-39814)
