Fixes

• Opportunities- Added logic to check permissions when converting to a transaction. (PL-45127)
• Purchase Orders - Fixed an issue where deleted items on transactions were still functional causing sync conflicts. (PL-45153)
• Emails - Fix an issue where email usage limits were not being communicated on New/Edit Purchase Orders and Proposal screens. (PL-45012)
• Portal - Fixed an issue with the total and currency label not displaying correctly on the Guest Purchase Order. (pl-44986)
• Email Campaigns - Slight redesign of the Review and Send screen to fix an issue where the sections overlapped in some scenarios. (PL-44913)
