New Features / Updates

• Proposals - Assigned a backup recipient for communications if the Assign To or the customer contact become inactive. (PL-44722)
• Proposals - Improved validation for sending the proposals payment expiring email. (PL-44714)
• Proposals - Added an activity to log automatic external email notification. (PL-44712)
• Proposals - Added a prepare for accounting action when payment is received. (PL-44708)
• Sales Orders - Updated the mobile view of the line item grid on the portal to include the item description. (PL-46127)
• Estimates - Updated the mobile view of the line item grid on the portal to include the item description. (PL-46108)

Fixes

• Bills - Added a copy button on the New/Edit bill screen for the mobile view. (PL-46234)
• Proposals - Fixed an issue to ensure the proposal is checking the active status of the customer before running the app routine. (PL-45081)
• Estimates - Fixed an issue where sales receipts received as a deposit on an estimate did not immediately sync to QuickBooks. (PL-46021)
• Estimates - Fixed an issue on the Estimate Acceptance and Estimate Rejection email templates where information about the customer contact was displayed instead of the internal Method user. (PL-45929)
