Fixes

• Email Campaigns - Fixed an issue where the Send Campaign routine was failing in scenarios where inactive contacts were included as recipients. (PL-46868)
• Estimates - Fixed an issue on the Preferences screen where the Deposit Item dropdown was hidden under the Advanced Settings section. (PL-46741)
• Contacts - Fixed an issue where the Sales Tax Code was hidden on the Edit Entity screen for leads. (PL-45227)
• Estimates, Invoice - Fixed logic on Xero to allow changing the quantity of description-only line items. (PL-44657)
• Activities - Fixed an issue were the merge field Contacts.FirstName was not populating on click of View Sent Email. (PL-46441)
• Donor Pages - Fixed logic to not allow a test drive on the donor page until a minimum set-up is met. (PL-45102)
• Proposals - Fixed the app routine to ensure a check for active payment methods before retrying failed payments. (PL-46964)
