• Work Orders, Field Crew - Added the ability for users to customize the SMS text messages. (PL-46843)

Fixes

• Reports & Print Templates - Fixed an issue where the copy tool was not using the name entered by the user. (PL-39355)
• New / Edit Work Order | "Email" button does not merge fields from the Customer table. (PL-46836)
• Items - Added filter for service items to exclude AR and AP accounts. (PL-47140)
