The following updates are now live for users of Method

New Features / Updates

• New/Edit Items & Payments - Updated screens to ensure inactive income accounts cannot be selected. (PL-43624)
• Work Orders - Added the ability send automated customer reminders. (Pl-42564)

Fixes

• QBO - Improved the workflow when someone tries to update the inactive customer in Method. (PL-49060)
• Work Orders - Fixed an issue where CC and BCC were not being sent for the work order notification email. (PL-49032)
• Send Transaction Email - Fixed an issue where the preview would not open for a newly added contact. (pl-49070)
