Fixes

• Grids - Fixed an issue where dropdown chip filters didn’t return correct results for single/multi-select values, including comma-containing values. (PL-62134)
• Grids - Fixed an issue where values beyond 10 decimal places were truncated instead of saving correctly. (PL-61866)
• Attachments - Fixed an issue where uploads could fail silently by showing a clear error when the network drops. (PL-62251)
• Estimates - Fixed an issue where duplicate approval emails were sent due to an extra send call in the signature widget. (PL-62283)
