New Capabilities

• App Builder - Added a native Divider component to the App Builder palette for separating sections. (PL-63529)
• Grids - Added the ability to enable or disable individual grid cells, not just whole columns. (PL-63846)

Fixes

• Inputs - Fixed an issue where read-only input fields didn't align with other read-only fields. (PL-64543)
• Attachments - Fixed an issue where the Attachments label didn't match other input labels on V4 screens. (PL-64910)
• Editable Grid - Fixed an issue where the V2 editor couldn't filter by dropdown columns on editable grids. (PL-64382)
• Payments - Fixed an issue where portal payments could default to a deleted payment method and fail to sync. (PL-64607)
• User Management - Fixed an issue where deactivating an account's last Admin showed a generic error instead of explaining why. (PL-64864)
