Fixes

• Sign-in - Fixed an issue where some sign-ins intermittently failed with a server error under heavy load. (PL-64914)
• Manage Apps - Fixed an issue where custom apps couldn't be deleted in multi-entity accounts. (PL-64976)
• Billing - Fixed an issue where subscribing after a trial ended could result in being billed twice in the same month. (GROW-45)
• QuickBooks Online sync - Fixed an issue where the Return to Method button closed the tab instead of navigating back after connecting QuickBooks. (GROW-391)
