Fixes

• Send Email - Fixed an issue where CC and BCC addresses from an email template weren't carried over when editing a transaction email before sending. (PL-65138)
• Send Email - Fixed an issue where Edit Details could show a previously sent transaction's email template and subject instead of the current one. (PL-64991)
