Fixes

• Notifications - Fixed an issue where the Notifications settings page could become stuck and unable to save for some accounts. (PL-65462)
• Xero - Fixed an issue where the Name field's maximum length validation was incorrect on Xero item screens, causing sync conflicts. (PL-65882)
• Sales Tax - Fixed an issue where sales tax could be calculated far higher than the correct amount on invoices, estimates, sales receipts, and refund receipts. (PL-65780)
