Fixes

• Tag List - Fixed an issue where creating a new tag on a Tag List with no record open failed to save. (PL-65863)
• QBO - Fixed an issue where the total sales tax on Estimates and Invoices didn't recalculate after syncing with QuickBooks Online. (PL-64745)
• Xero - Fixed an issue where Estimates deleted in Xero were duplicated on every Full Sync. (PL-65819)
