New Capabilities

• Actions - Added Convert to Unix Timestamp and Convert Date to Unix Timestamp functions to Date Functions for web service calls. (PL-65568)

Fixes

• Date/Time Picker - Fixed an issue where screen readers couldn't read a date picker's label or validation state. (PL-65476)
• Work Orders - Fixed an issue where Work Order reminder emails failed to send when unassigned. (PL-65824)
• Portal - Fixed an issue where signing an estimate in the customer portal failed with an error. (PL-65961)
